Frank & Sal’s Italian Market
In 1965, we brought the traditions of a Palermo salumeria to the streets of Brooklyn. What started as a partnership between Franco Casamento and master butcher Frank Gassoso became a neighborhood landmark. We didn't just open a store; we built a kitchen for the community.
Today, we bring that same counter-service expertise to your door. From our hand-linked sausages, Pizza Dough and our DOP oils, these are the ingredients we use in our own homes.
