Our Shipping Policy
At Frank and Sal's, shipping is always free, sitewide. The price you see is the price you pay, with no extra shipping charges added at checkout. We proudly ship using a reliable network of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure your order arrives safely.
Dry Goods & General Transit Times
Transit times for non-perishable items (dry goods) vary by your location. While most orders arrive within 2-3 business days, some destinations (such as the Northwest) may take up to five business days. Please see the map below for estimated transit times to your area.

Shipping Fresh, Frozen & Perishable Foods
To ensure your fresh items arrive in perfect condition, we follow specific shipping rules. This includes fresh sausage, raw or cooked meats, fresh pasta, ravioli, pizza dough, and cheeses.

Fresh Food Shipping Schedule: To avoid weekend delays, all orders containing fresh items placed from Friday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Made-to-Order Items: Please allow extra prep time for items like sausage, fresh pasta, and fresh meats, which are prepared fresh for your order.

REQUIRED: Physical Street Address: All orders with fresh products must ship to a physical street address. We ship these items via Next Day Air to guarantee freshness. We cannot ship fresh items to a P.O. Box.

Cheese Orders & P.O. Boxes: We pack our cheese cold to arrive within 2-3 days. While we *can* ship cheese to a P.O. Box, we strongly advise against it as we prefer a street address to maintain quality. If cheese is shipped to a P.O. Box and arrives spoiled, we will not be responsible for the cost.

"Tri-State Only" Items: Some fresh food items in smaller quantities (under 8 pounds) can only be shipped to the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). These products are clearly marked “Tri-State Only” on their product pages.
