Tracking & Updates
Provide a valid email address during checkout. This is the only way to receive your tracking number and automated delivery notifications.
General Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Every package is personally overseen to ensure flawless packing and transit safety.
Transit Times for Dry Goods:
- • 2-3 Business Days: Most US locations.
- • Up to 5 Business Days: Northwest and remote regions.
Problems With Your Delivery?
If your package is delayed or there is a problem with the carrier, please contact Frank & Sal directly and do not open a claim with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If a delayed package needs to be replaced or refunded, we will take care of it for you. Opening a carrier claim yourself can prevent us from properly resolving the shipment on your behalf.
Perishable Logistics
Fresh sausage, meats, pasta, and specific cheeses require strict handling to ensure arrival in perfect condition.
- Shipping Schedule: Perishable orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- Preparation: Made-to-order items require extra time for preparation before packing.
- Street Address Required: All fresh items must ship to a physical street address via Next Day Air. We cannot ship perishables to P.O. Boxes.
- Cheese Quality: We pack cheese cold for 2-3 day transit. While possible, P.O. Box delivery for cheese is discouraged. We are not responsible for spoilage if a P.O. Box is used.
- Tri-State Restrictions: Fresh items under 4 lbs are restricted to NY, NJ, and CT. These are marked Tri-State Only on product pages.
