Return Policy – Frank and Sal

At Frank and Sal, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Due to the nature of perishable products, we cannot accept returns on grocery items such as fresh meats, cheeses, or other temperature-sensitive foods. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our food items.

For all other sealed, non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

If there was an error on our part — such as an incorrect item or a shipping issue, we will always make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.
