    Q Will my fresh food arrive cold?
    A Yes, we pack all of our fresh and prepared foods cold or frozen using thick insulated packaging, dry ice, and frozen gel packs. Please note that some items take up to 3 days to prepare fresh before we ship them out.
    Q Do I need to refrigerate my food right away?
    A Yes, please bring your box inside and unpack it immediately. Put all of your fresh food directly in the refrigerator or freezer, and let any frozen items safely thaw in the fridge before you cook or reheat them.
