Reheating Stromboli & Rolls

How to Reheat Stromboli & Rolls

To get that perfect crispy crust and hot, gooey center, use a conventional oven or an air fryer. For best results, we do not recommend using a microwave as it will make the dough soft and chewy.

Reheating from a FROZEN State

(For best quality, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator for 24 hours first.)

♨️ Oven Method:

  • Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place unwrapped stromboli on a baking sheet. To prevent the crust from getting too dark, you can loosely wrap it in foil for the first half of the baking time.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes to get a golden, crispy crust.
  • Food Safety: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

💨 Air Fryer Method:

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  • Place the unwrapped stromboli in the basket.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping it over halfway through.
  • Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing.

Reheating from a THAWED / REFRIGERATED State

♨️ Oven Method:

  • Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place stromboli on a baking sheet.
  • Heat for 15-20 minutes or until the center is hot and the crust is crisp.
  • For slices, reduce time to 5-10 minutes.

💨 Air Fryer Method:

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  • Place the stromboli or slices in the basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Heat for 5-8 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
