These shells are incredibly versatile! Because they are dairy-free, they pair wonderfully with dairy-free custard, thick chocolate mousse, pudding, or even fruit sorbets. They also make a fantastic base for ice cream or frozen yogurt. You'll never know they are dairy free.
For maximum crispness, we recommend filling the shells just before serving. If you need to fill them ahead of time, here's a professional tip: melt some dairy-free chocolate and brush a thin layer on the inside of the shells. Let it harden completely before filling. This creates a barrier that keeps the shell from absorbing moisture.

They arrived quickly and were wrapped up tight with bubble wrap so each one was intact!! My family is so happy to have this traditional pastry for our holiday celebrations! And by the way, they’re delicious!! I buy the filling at a local Italian bakery and add mini chips on the ends. Perfection!!

This is one of the best gluten free products we have found anywhere! The texture is very close to a cannoli shell made from wheat flour, the taste is excellent, and they arrived unbroken. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
