These shells are incredibly versatile! Because they are dairy-free, they pair wonderfully with dairy-free custard, thick chocolate mousse, pudding, or even fruit sorbets. They also make a fantastic base for ice cream or frozen yogurt. You'll never know they are dairy free.
For maximum crispness, we recommend filling the shells just before serving.
