Orders placed late in the week may be held until the following shipping day to help avoid packages sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package promptly. Perishable items must be unpacked and refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Perishable items require prompt attention after delivery. By purchasing perishable products from us, you agree that the package must be received, opened, and refrigerated or frozen as appropriate immediately after delivery.
We are not responsible for spoilage, loss of quality, or damage caused by a package being left outside, left in a lobby, left in a package room, left in a mailbox area, left in heat, left in cold, or left unattended after confirmed delivery.
