Important Upon Arrival

Refrigerate or freeze immediately if the lasagna is still cold to the touch.

Upon Arrival & Storage

Your lasagna is shipped frozen with dry ice in an insulated box. Dry ice may dissipate during transit, and the lasagna may arrive partially thawed.

  • As long as the lasagna is still cold to the touch, refrigerate or freeze it immediately upon arrival.
  • Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month.
  • For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

Heating Instructions

Lasagna Condition Bake Time at 375°F
Thawed 30-40 minutes
Frozen 60-75 minutes
  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove Lid: Take off the lid.
  3. Cover & Bake: Cover the aluminum tray tightly with foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Check & Brown: Carefully remove the foil. The lasagna is ready when the center is hot and bubbly. For food safety, the center should reach 165°F. For a golden-brown top, bake uncovered for the final 5-10 minutes.
  5. Rest: Let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps the layers set and makes serving easier.

Serve & Enjoy

Serve with fresh Italian bread, a simple salad, or your favorite side dish. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

Best result: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before baking for the most even heating and best texture.

For food safety and best quality, we do not recommend thawing lasagna on the countertop. The aluminum tray is NOT microwave-safe. Use a conventional oven only.
