We do not keep these sitting around waiting to ship. Each batch is made to order in our market, filled with whole milk ricotta and Romano cheese, then flash frozen to protect the texture and flavor. They arrive frozen and ready for sauce, baking, and serving.

Do not thaw first. Place the frozen manicotti in a baking dish with sauce on the bottom and more sauce over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 425°F for about 40 minutes, or until hot throughout. For best results, heat to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Add mozzarella or grated Romano during the last few minutes if you like the top browned and bubbly.
