I have used two rings so far and hats off! Amazing sausage. I’ve been living in the Tampa Bay Area for 6 years since I left Brooklyn. I missed this sausage sooooooo much. It’s an Italian food desert down here when it comes to a good old fashioned Italian pork store! I made it with ricotta cavatelle, rapini, sweet Italian red onion, roasted red peppers diced up and diced baby Bella mushrooms just a couple ounces tomato sauce and damn was that like paradise in your mouth!
