We offer this mortadella in two cuts depending on how you plan to serve it. The 4 lb whole piece allows for thick cubing, home slicing, and easy dicing into cooked recipes. The 4 lb sliced option is cut to a standard deli thickness, ready for immediate use in sandwiches and antipasto platters.
Do not serve mortadella directly from the refrigerator. Allow it to sit at room temperature for ten minutes before plating so the fat softens and the flavor profile fully opens up.
