Most export-grade panettone is pre-filled. The "Sac à Poche" line requires different packaging and handling, making it a rarer import for the US market. We prioritize securing these for our customers who want an authentic Milanese experience.
The box contains the Panettone and a separate piping bag (Sac à Poche) filled with cream. Slice the panettone first. Then, cut the small tip off the piping bag and squeeze the pistachio cream over the slices in a zig-zag or decorative pattern immediately before eating.
