This Easter treat is made in accordance with the original recipe. Bauli Colomba is created with sourdough and left to rise for a very long time. This produces an incredibly soft dough and is an Italian Easter tradition.
Type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sugar, candied orange peel (15%), butter, fresh eggs, sugar grains (7%), natural yeast (WHEAT), almonds (2.7%), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower oil, rice flour, salt, egg white powder, skim milk powder, flavorings.
