A proper Italian sausage link is one of the most useful things you can keep in the kitchen. Grill them, serve them with peppers and onions, slice them into sauce, or cook them in a pan for a simple family dinner. These Italian sausage links are made fresh in our shop using 100% pork shoulder and the traditional seasoning blends our customers have come back for since 1989.

This is not warehouse stock or frozen inventory pulled from a shelf. Your sausage is made to order, packed carefully, and shipped with the same attention we give customers at our butcher counter.

Choose a 4 lb. or 8 lb. Selection

We now offer two sizes, so you can choose what works best for your family.

  • 4 lb. Selection: A smaller butcher pack that gives you plenty of sausage for a few meals without taking up too much freezer space.
  • 8 lb. Selection: The larger value pack for families, parties, grilling season, or anyone who likes to keep real Italian sausage ready in the freezer.

Market Notes

  • Available Sizes: Choose either a 4 lb. selection or an 8 lb. selection.
  • 8 lb. Pack: The 8 lb. order is portioned into four separate 2 lb. packages so you can use one and keep the rest fresh in the freezer.
  • 4 lb. Pack: The 4 lb. order is a convenient smaller selection for customers who want fresh Italian sausage without ordering the larger pack.
  • Natural Casings: We use natural casings for the firm snap and texture you expect from real butcher shop sausage.
  • Made Fresh: Please allow 2 to 3 days for our team to prepare your fresh batch before shipping.
  • Shipping Speed: Every order is packed in an insulated cooler and shipped with expedited service.
  • Restrictions: Physical addresses only. We cannot ship fresh meat to P.O. Boxes.

Francesco’s Tip

For the best results, defrost your links in the refrigerator for a full 24 hours. Cook them slowly over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Do not puncture the casing with a fork or knife while they are on the heat. If you prick the skin, the juices stay in the pan instead of in the meat. Keeping the casing intact helps the sausage stay moist and gives the link that proper snap when you bite into it.
