Do I need to be home for delivery?
We strongly recommend being present for delivery. While we pack with Dry Ice and frozen gel packs, it is vital to bring the package inside immediately to maintain the cold chain. Please follow your tracking number closely; a package sitting outside in warm weather puts the quality of your fresh food at risk.
