Prepared by our butcher, this package includes 5.5 lbs. of fresh meat and serves approximately 6 to 8 people.

What’s Included

  • 4 Beef Braciole, 1.5 lbs: Lean top round beef slices, hand-rolled with Pecorino Romano, Parsley, and Imported Prosciutto. These are made the traditional way and ready to brown before going into your sauce.
  • 2 lbs. Sweet Italian Sausage Links: Fresh plain sweet Italian sausage links made with coarse-ground pork in natural casing. These are traditional sausage links, not loose sausage meat, made for browning and simmering in sauce.
  • 12 Beef Meatballs, Hand-rolled beef meatballs made with an 80/20 blend so they stay tender, moist, and hold together while they cook.

Defrost the meats in the refrigerator for a full 24 hours before cooking. For the best flavor, brown the meatballs, sausage links, and braciole in a heavy pan before adding them to your sauce. That browned base is what gives Sunday sauce its deep, slow-cooked flavor and the rich color people remember from home.
